After 35 yrs Halfmoon Bar & Restaurant Entering a New Phase

It seems as if more and more restaurants are experiencing a resurgence after the pandemic. There is one restaurant and bar in Halfmoon that has been around for more than three decades and is entering into a new era.

The Restaurant & Bar Has Been in the Family for 35 Years

It was once known as Mr. C's Pub on Route 146 in Halfmoon where snowmobilers and locals would come have a bite to eat and a drink and hang out. It has always been owned by the Coluccio family with the "C" in Mr. C's representing dad. Son Michael and his father Frank actually built the place together when he was a teenager according to The Saratogian. They also worked together at Mr. C's for many years. They changed the name to Our Place Bar & Grill a few years ago.

Michael Coluccio Wants to Bring a Different Vibe with Music

Our Place Bar & Grill will still have great food and drinks and Michael wants to make music a big part of the bar and restaurant. He is hoping that his patrons will come and share their own music. Whether it's singing karaoke whenever they want, just listening to their own devices, or even bringing a guitar or any instrument and playing live. Michael wants customers to "bring, enjoy, and share their own music".

Our Place Bar & Grill Hosts Private Parties and Offers Dinner Specials

Our Place will offer in-house dinners with steak nights on Wednesday, fish fry Fridays, and $1 quarter-pound burgers on Mondays. They have a space to host private parties too. They are trying to focus on hosting birthdays, anniversaries, and showers. They already have nearly twenty booked.

Our Place Bar & Grill is Excited For Development Around Them

Halfmoon is booming and there are businesses being built, a golf course, and new housing going up. Michael said that these are the reasons that he wants to bring Our Place Bar & Grill into this new phase.

There was a grand re-opening ceremony for Our Place Bar & Grill in Halfmoon last week.

Our Place Bar & Grill is open seven days a week from 11 am until 4 am Monday through Saturday and 12 pm until 1 am on Sundays.

This stunning mansion is just minutes from Saratoga Lake and overlooks Lake Lonely. The balcony and windows lead to gorgeous sunset views.
