A Residential Parking Permit Song For Downtown Albany [AUDIO]

They tried it 20 years ago.  And now, as a famous Californian once said, "It's Baaaack!".  They are pushing for a new residential parking permit for Albany's downtown dwellers.  So what does this mean? Does it mean if you are a commuter you have LESS places now to park than you did before?  Say it isn't so!   I see where they will allow you to park in one of these paid spots for a very short time, but you better watch the clock!

This proposal has to go to the Mayor, of course, for approval.   Maybe if Mayor Conti went in singing, he might have better luck getting this passed.    I have a song that I have submitted for approval.
