Today is the St. Jude Radiothon on WGNA, a day where you can be inspired by tremendous stories of courage, aid in the fight against childhood cancer, and become a Partner in Hope. But before becoming a Partner in Hope, you have to know what Partners in Hope are. So, what are they?

A Partner in Hope is one of the strongest lines of defenses in the fight against childhood cancer. For $19 a month, less than a dollar a day, Partners in Hope ensure that no child is ever turned away from the care they need because of a family's inability to pay. Becoming a partner in hope is one of the most selfless acts you can perform and is a huge boost in the fight against childhood cancer.

Today, you can become a Partner in Hope by calling (518)374-2890 or 1(800)339-4673 as a part of our St. Jude Radiothon until 7 p.m. both August 7 and 8. You can also go here to donate online and become a Partner in Hope that way.

Don't forget, WGNA listeners can win Jason Aldean tickets and meet and greet passes for becoming Partners in Hope. More importantly, though, we can all be a great help to some great and courageous kids.
