13 North Restaurant In Malta Announces Move To Saratoga Springs
Just off Exit 13 of the Northway on Route 9 in Malta, 13 North Restaurant is getting ready to make a big move.
According to Saratoga Living After Hours, after 10 years in Malta, 13 North will be changing its name and location. Following the 2025 Saratoga summer meet, it will close up shop and make the move to the corner of Phila and Henry Streets in downtown Saratoga this fall. The eatery will take over the old Phila Fusion location and will be called 'Elody,' after the owners' granddaughter.
13 North's owners tell Saratoga Living its fans can expect many of its menu favorites to reappear at the new location, which will have more of an 'elegant' atmosphere versus the current location's 'rustic' touch. Elody should be ready to open sometime in September or October, offering dine-in and takeout.
With great spots like Solevo, Hattie's, and Mimi's Cafe, Phila Street is a mini Saratoga dining hotspot, and the new incarnation of 13 North will kick it up another notch!
