Here is the "Daily Dilemma" from today, Friday, January 6th, 2012:

"I'll admit it -- I am one of the millions of people this year whose New Year's resolution is to lose weight.  Nothing too crazy.  Just 15 to 20 pounds.  I'm all fired up and ready to go, but I have two problems.  One is all the people who feel the need to tell me I will never stick to it.  Two is I really don't know what I'm going to do.  So I guess my dilemma is what diets work?  And also, does anyone have any tips to help stick with my resolution?"
