Sugarland is being sued by the estates of four people who died during the Indiana State Fair tragedy along with 44 other victims.   The complaint was filed Tuesday in Indianapolis by attorneys representing at least 20 law firms from Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

Jennifer Nettles is apparently a huge fan of Twilight.  She shared some of her thoughts on Sugarland's website including the fact that she feels “you can tell a lot about a person by their bookshelf.”

The national numbers on unemployement are out and the White House is thrilled.  The jobless rate has dropped to eight-point-nine percent which is the lowest rate since April of 2009.

With the recent shootings in Arizona, President Obama has signed a proclamation for flags to be flown at half mast, and in addition, and at 11 a.m. the White House is calling for a moment of silence to honor the victims of the shooting.
