Casey

Casey has been in broadcasting since she graduated from college with a business degree and no experience in broadcasting.  She fell upon the opportunity and earned a job with the Sean & Richie morning show.  She has been a part of the morning team since 2005 and has learned a tremendous amount about broadcasting, the industry and has even expanded her duties outside of her job title as “News Director.”  Not only does Casey cover news for WGNA, but she now provides news coverage for another Townsquare station, WQBK.  Casey has also been quite active with the Sean & Richie morning show participating in numerous charitable campaigns such as Pennies from Heaven, Blue Friday, St. Jude’s radioathon, and the Center for Disability Services radioathon & telethon.  When she is not working for WGNA, Casey is an extremely active equestrian spending many hours in the stables daily.  She rides and trains young horses and also helps young children/teenagers learn the fundamentals of horse-back riding and competitive horse-back riding.  Casey is an avid animal person, personally owning horses and two dogs.  When she is not caring for her pets, she enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.  Casey also has a bit of a shopping habit, but don’t tell anyone….
