Updated at 10 p.m. on November 30: The Meals On Wheels van was stolen exactly a week ago, and there is a happy ending to this story. Today, exactly one week later, the good folks at SEFCU donated a new Dodge Grand Caravan. This is great news, and they will continue their great service to the Albany area.

This past weekend I visited my mother in Key Largo, Florida, which is the first "Key" as you travel from Miami to Key West. It's famous for the 1948 movie of the same name starring Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. While there, I noticed- being the very astute person that I am-that there are distinct differences between Key Largo and Albany. Duhhhh!
