It's always a fun day. We pack a cooler grab a few lawn chairs and head up. Half the fun for me is sharing the day with my daughter. She reads the program to me and pics her favorite name and I will put a few dollars on that horse then pick my favorite and bet it too. It's all for fun and really just a chance to share something I enjoy with her.

Of course I am talking about the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox. The Yankees have been beaten up by the Sox so far this season, but the Yankees are on a hot streak right now and look to turn things around and recapture first place in the American League East this weekend.

The Rivalry will also be celebrated locally tomorrow at the Saratoga Race Course with the first annual Rivary Day.
