A Child’s First New York Yankees Game
This Saturday marks a huge milestone in my parenting career. I am taking Bells to her first game at Yankee Stadium. I can't tell who's more excited, me or her.

In moments of extreme stress and sadness, I have always found relief and distraction in sports. Biggest distraction in my life is THE RIVALRY!!! The New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox are the greatest rivalry in all of sports and some think hate is at the heart of it. Last night showed RESPECT is really the center of it all.
There's just something about Yankees Baseball starting that makes me feel Summer approaching. This year it seems everyone is counting the Bronx Bombers out before the first pitch is even thrown so I say bring it on and what better way to start a season with no chance of winning then beating the Red Sox?
I am a life long fan of the New York Yankees and I've always tried to respect the Boston Red Sox for what they bring to what I still consider the greatest rivalry in all of sports. That being said some players get as much hate as I can muster for someone I've never met. Kevin Youkilis is one such player and now he's a Yankee!
The New York Yankees have clinched the AL East and top seed in the American League, so they get the winner of the one game playoff between the Orioles and the Rangers. Meanwhile the Nationals are the One seed in the National league and will play the winner of the Cardinals and Braves.
The New York Yankees are back in first place in the American League East. The Post Season is right around the corner and the Yankees are in but will they or the Orioles win the East?
It's almost post season time in Major League Baseball. So it's time to talk about what the Yankees need to do to win the AL east.
Anywhere I go these days I hear the anger of upset New York Yankee fans as they watch the Bronx Bombers collapse before their eyes coming down the stretch.
Carrie Underwood put aside her microphone over the weekend and picked up a baseball instead. The ‘Blown Away’ hitmaker stepped up to the pitcher’s mound at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada to throw out the first pitch at the Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Yankees baseball game on Sunday night (August 12).
If you have ever been to various events in the Albany area you may have seen "Mini Hulk", the local Hulk Hogan look-a-like.
This Sunday when the Yankees host the Seattle Mariners a familiar face will return to the pitchers mound, the one and only Andy Pettitte.
This is a great baseball weekend because the Boston Red Sox will celebrate Fenway Parks 100th Birthday by hopefully getting swept by the New York Yankees. Neither team has started out that hot, but none of that matters when these rivals face off.
