I am not racist, I'm pretty sure of that. At the same time being a white male, I don't think I am qualified to say what is or isn't racist as I don't think I have ever been in that situation. I do think however, that  this "training guide" is ridiculous and even moronic. I don't know that it is worthy of a lawsuit. Although, as with many things I think , I could be very wrong.

In Boise, Idaho, there are five inmates who claim they wouldn’t be in jail if it weren’t for the booze companies.  These inmates are in jail for crimes that range from selling drugs to committing murder – and fully believe that companies like Miller Brewing and Anheuser-Busch, as well as wine makers, should have warned them that their beverages would be so addictive so they wouldn't end up in jail

I'm going out on a limb here, but I think this is the stupidest , most frivolous lawsuit I've ever heard of, but I guess I'll let you be the final judge and jury.

You know those fruit roll-ups that you buy for kids?  Do these products ease your mind as an adult-thinking that the little ones are getting their supply of vitamin C as if they were actual fruit?  Well their advertising might lead you to believe that, but some are alleging that it's-well-B.S.!

It is ironic -- I could have told you those toning sneakers were a gimmick, but apparently it takes a lawsuit and the Federal Trade Commission for people to believe that simply wearing sneakers will tone you legs and gluteals without having to workout necessarily.  Hello!?

When you go into a hospital and get blood drawn the first thing they do is grab an alcohol wipe and clean the spot where the needle will be injected.

So it seems the N.F.L. is the latest victim of a frivolous lawsuit. But in the end we are all victims of these ridiculous claims of "pain and suffering" by people and lawyers looking to make an easy buck.
