Joe’s Crab Shack Breaks Ground In Albany

Latham Farms on Route 7 in Colonie is about to get crabs. Get your mind out of the gutter! I mean "Joe's Crab Shack" is coming to the area.

If you drive by Latham Farms in Colonie you'll see a new building being raised where Dakota Steak House used to be. You can see here that the Steak House is gone and construction of the Crab Shack is starting.

Dakota Steak House was closed in 2011 as part of parent company in San Diego file for bankruptcy. I went to a "Joe's Crab Shack" in Nashville and loved it. So you can count on me to be one of the first in line when it opens.
