Zimmerman's girlfriend called 911 during a domestic dispute at around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.  She told police he broke a table in her home in Apopka, FL, and pointed a shotgun at her.  (Wait, why does he still have a gun?)

Zimmerman, 30, was booked in Seminole County Jail, where he is being held without bail. All domestic violence suspects are held without bail until their first hearing in Seminole County.

If you remember correctly, Zimmerman has had several brushes with the law since his acquittal. Most of them involving some sort of weapon.

Just days after his acquittal in July, Zimmerman was pulled over for speeding in Forney, TX. He told the police officer he had a concealed weapon permit and a gun in his glove compartment. (A gun!) He received a verbal warning.

In August, he was in Brevard County, FL for having an improper tag on his truck, along with tint on his windows that was too dark - Zimmerman said the tint was for his safety.  (What's the gun for, then?)

Then, in September, Zimmerman was handcuffed by police in Lake Mary, FL, after his estranged wife and her father accused him of threatening them with a gun. (Again, why do we let him have a gun?) He was questioned and released by police at the scene, and no charges were filed.

Just a couple of weeks later, Zimmerman was stopped for speeding in the same town and received a $256 ticket.

He's been in trouble with the law four out of the five months he has been free. Hmmmmmmm...  What do you think about that?  And, should he have access to a weapon?
