Should My Eleven Year Old Have a Facebook Page?

Here is today's daily dilemma for Thursday, March 22nd, 2012:

"Facebook is such a big deal now that it's hard to meet anyone these days who doesn't have a page. Apparently, kids in middle school are into the site too, because my 11-year old daughter's friends all have their own pages. She's begging me to let her have a Facebook page, but I think she's way too young. She's only in sixth grade, and she's just a kid. I feel like the site will make her become antisocial. Is my 11-year old daughter too young to have a Facebook page?"
