WellNow Bringing Healthcare Jobs to Albany Area
WellNow Urgent Care locations are open throughout the Capital Region. In fact, this is where I got my COVID-19 test. They are clean and very accommodating. The doctors and nurses who worked at the one in Clifton Park where I went were awesome. WellNow Urgent Care announced that they will be hiring more healthcare workers in the Albany area.
Because WellNow Urgent Care has acquired Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health, they are hoping to hire three hundred employees to fill open positions in New York, Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan. The only areas they will be filling healthcare positions in New York state are Rochester and Albany.
According to News 10 ABC, More WellNow Urgent Care centers will be opening up later this year and they are looking to hire all healthcare positions including medical assistants, X-ray techs, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, and more. There are also receptionists, administrative, and customer support positions available. To see what's available now click HERE. WellNow Urgent Care has hired more than one thousand new team members over this past year. They have more than seventeen hundred fifty employees across the four states they have centers.

The President at WellNow Urgent Care, John Radford, M.D., had this to say about their facilities:
In 2020 alone, we served more than a million patients, opened nine new centers, and acquired Hometown Urgent Care. We pride ourselves on the excellent, patient-first care we provide within our communities, and that starts with hiring and developing the very best talent.
There isn't a list of how many jobs will be available in each state but the Albany area will be hiring positions at various WellNow Urgent Care centers.
