The Cadillac Three Share New Single, ‘Dang If We Didn’t’ [LISTEN]
Ahead of the release of their new album, the Cadillac Three have released its first single. Readers can press play below to hear "Dang If We Didn't."
The rollicking new "Dang If We Didn't" is a classic Southern rock-twinged country party song that makes total sense for the party-heavy summer months ahead with its “dang if we didn’t get drunk last night!” refrain. The song is set to hit the airwaves in the United States on July 10.
“Dang If We Didn’t” will appear on the Cadillac Three’s forthcoming third full-length album, Legacy, the followup to 2016’s Bury Me in My Boots.
"We started the Legacy album the day Bury Me In My Boots came out last August because there were some songs we were excited about and we wanted to jump in the studio and do what we do live for a minute -- to see what would happen,” says the Cadillac Three drummer Neil Mason in a statement. “We didn't really tell anyone what was up and by the end of the year we had cut the whole album and produced it ourselves.”
The Cadillac Three have also announced that they will headline a performance at Nashville’s iconic Ryman Auditorium for the first time ever on Aug. 31. Tickets to that show go on sale on Friday (June 16). Legacy is set for release on August 25 on Big Machine Records.
