The Band Perry are preparing to release a new album, My Bad Imagination, this summer, but they won't make fans wait until then to hear their new material. The sibling trio has announced Welcome to My Bad Imagination, a series of pop-up shows that will give fans a taste of the project.

The Welcome to My Bad Imagination shows will take place throughout March; a total of nine dates have been announced. Each show, a press release reports, will also feature a pop-up shop in which fans will be able to find special merch designed by Kimberly, Neil and Reid Perry. A complete list of the nine shows is below.

"My Bad Imagination is an album with a ton of layers and surprises for our fans," says Kimberly Perry in the release. "Our fans have stuck by us over the past year while we've been quietly creating our new music, and now we want to get close to them as as we can to start listening and moving to these new sounds together."

Tickets for the Welcome to My Bad Imagination shows will go on sale on Feb. 17 at 10AM local time; a pre-sale will be available beginning at 10AM local time on Feb. 16. Additional information is available on TheBandPerry.com.

"We want our fans to see and feel as much as they hear My Bad Imagination, so we've created this series of pop-up shows in some of our favorite small rooms around the country to give them the first look at the designs and music that have led us to this moment of growth for our band," Reid Perry explains; adds Neil Perry, "We'll show it to the rest of the world next. But this moment is about the Family coming together to celebrate a birthday, a new day, the future."

In early February, TBP (once again) wiped their social media accounts before announcing the forthcoming My Bad Imagination; fans have already been able to hear the project's first single, "Stay in the Dark." The trio is signed to a joint deal with Interscope Records and Universal Music Nashville, which they announced in May of 2016; prior to that, they parted ways with their previous label, Big Machine, in March.

In August, when TBP revealed their most recent single, “Comeback Kid,” they denied the rumors their new record deal and recent poppy singles meant that they were “going pop;” however the sibling trio specifically calls My Bad Imagination a pop album.
