Thousands of vacation days go unused in the United States every year.  I think it's so sad that we don't use them.  But, I get it.  It's sometimes more work to take time off then it is to just stay and keep truckin'! But, I took this past Monday off because I could start to feel that I was getting a little burnt out, and you could be too...

Have you noticed the traffic in this area lately?  I see it growing worse each week.  I come home sometimes, and I'm stressed out.  Aren't you?  Well, here's a way to relieve stress, and it just might be what the doctor ordered-

Have you noticed?  Hard not to, isn't it?  Is it age or is it stress?  There are two schools of thought here...

Did the big storm take you by surprise? No, I don't mean the snow storm we got. If you listen to WGNA, and I know you do, then you knew that was coming. I'm sure many of you got the snow blower out, or made your plowing arrangements.  But sometimes you know something is coming,  and yet, your just never really ready for it.

Customer service should be expected, good, or great customer service should be rewarded.
