Road construction crews will be out starting today (Tuesday, February, 4th) repairing potholes along 787 and Route 9. Expect some delays and rotating lane closures.

If you have traveled the Northway at all in the past few months, you know that the construction is a nuisance. But you may have also noticed that they have made significant progress. Officials say they are ahead of schedule.

Roadwork and reconstruction of Cohoes Boulevard has begun. There are some days and times this week that you should be aware of if you are heading through this construction zone.

There is a stretch of road at the end of 787 that has always been dangerous. Plans have been talked about to make this road safer and this month the conversion will begin.
