Those NFL fans that believe you have to have a top draft pick to rebuild your team have not watched the New York Giants this year. So, why do some teams "appear" to tank a season to get the top pick, like the Jacksonville Jaguars "appeared" to do in 2020? The Jags ended up with the much-hyped quarterback out of Clemson, Trevor Lawrence, notably a franchise changing player. The Jags have a chance to make the playoffs this year. However, the tanking philosophy may have cost the Jacksonville fans at least 5 years of playoff football.
Gabriel Davis was on another level for the Buffalo Bills in the NFL Playoffs this year. For his performance, Bills' fans should be thanking...comedian Bert Kreischer?
The Bills were not without fault last night, but as overtime began, Josh Allen and Co. could only sit back and watch as their season ended. That's not right.
Now I am not a Patriot fan but I am a fan of a great "Hype" video and this one is great. This time of year, it really does get confusing, especially when you are one of those teams like the Patriots, who know they are in, but can wind up being anyth
This weekend's Divisional round of the Playoffs kicks off in Denver when two of the games greatest Icons and leaders face off when Peyton manning and Ray Lewis go toe to toe.
Will the Giants make the playoffs at all? That is the biog question amongst football fans in the Albany area. Heck, we host their training camp here at SUNY Albany, so we want them to get in.
I am calling my shot! I see this weekend ending with us getting a rematch of Super Bowl 35! The year was 2001 when the underdog Ravens SHOCKED the New York Football Giants 34 to 7. I'm not saying the outcome will be the same but the teams will be.
It comes down to the last week of the season for my beloved Oakland Raiders. I hope they can get into the playoffs, especially since their longtime owner Al Davis died earlier in the season. There are a few scenarios that will allow the Raiders a berth in the NFL Playoffs.
