Places like Ponderosa, Ruby Tuesday's, and the Ground Round top most everyone's '"most-missed" list. But who remembers this gem of a restaurant at Crossgates Mall?

You may recognize the song "Merry Go Round' from the radio, but you may not know a lot about Kacey Musgraves. She was the opening act for the Kenny Chesney show at the Times Union Center in Albany.  Quite honestly, I thought she was the hit of the entire night.
