A local 11-year-old girl had the opportunity of a lifetime. She competed in the first-ever Little League World Series Home Run Derby in Williamsport, PA. We spoke to her and her mom about this amazing experience.

Saturday was a grey and wet day throughout the Northeast and the moods of these ball players reflected that. The weather prevented the scrappy and talented bunch of little leaguers from Pittsfield American Little League from playing yesterday so they'll suit up this morning instead, one win away from the Little League World Series.
