There are a lot of fundraisers in the Capital Region happening in September.  It's pretty hard keeping up with all of them, but they all could use some much needed publicity.  This one is no exception.

I don't think I've ever DJ'ed a barn dance before.  This was one for the books.  I had a great time - especially knowing what the money raised was going towards.

You couldn't have asked for better weather on Saturday July 9, as about 30 thousand people joined all of us from WGNA for Countryfest 2011 at the Altamont Fairgrounds. I will give News 10's  Steve Caporizzo a big thank you for that.

Every year, we  announce the lineup and information about WGNA's Countryfest, and all of a sudden, it seems like the big day sneaks up on us. The time goes by so fast. This year is no exception.

John Michael Montgomery is coming to WGNA Countryfest 2011, on July 9 at the Altamont fairgrounds. That's because Chris Cagle was supposed to join us this year, but unfortunately he will be having throat surgery and we wish him a speedy recovery.
