Governor Cuomo has announced law enforcement will once again be focus in on underage drinking at summer concerts this year.

According to a press release from the Governor's office, officials from various state agencies will be taking part in the 'Operation Prevent' initiative to curtail the use of fake ID's and consumption of alcohol by minors. Concert venues all over New York, including Saratoga Performing Arts Center, will be a major focus of the effort during the summer concert season. The effort will also focus on bars.

According to the Governor's office anyone underage who is caught drinking "...can be ticketed and risk having their license revoked for a minimum of 90 days or up to one year." 139 arrests were already made during this initiative in April and May across the state.

Moral of the story: if you are underage stick to water and simply having a good time at SPAC shows this summer.
