New 'High-End' Restaurant Is Coming To Downtown Saratoga Springs

Saratoga Springs is known for high quality eateries and there will soon be a new 'high-end' destination on Broadway.

When you think of Saratoga, when it comes to restaurants, there are several stellar eateries that are at the top of everyone's favorites list. 15 Church, Salt and Char, and Solevo are a few that come to mind. There is now shortage of first class dining options with stellar cuisine. A new option to add to that list looks like it could be up and running sometime this summer.

The Coat Room Is Coming To Saratoga Springs

According to a Times Union story, a new 'high-end' restaurant called The Coat room is in the works at 385 Broadway in Saratoga Springs. The new eatery will have a 'speakeasy' vibe that is an homage to the United States Hotel which used to stand at this location. The fare will include upscale cocktails and dishes made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients according to the TU. While no exact opening date was set, the TU says the eatery will staff up in May and should open sometime after.

High end atmosphere, great cocktails, and food with the freshest local ingredients? I smell and taste a winner! That could just be the recipe to make The Coat Room one of the Spa City's most desired dinging locations in the months ahead!
