N.Y.S. Troopers Watching For Speeders In Construction Zones

When you’re driving around, always remember to slow down in construction zones.

Not only will this help to keep the people that are working on our roads safer, it’s also the law. The program is called ‘Operation Work Brake’ and the New York State Police will have patrols be watching drivers before the work zone, inside the work zone, and after the construction sites, on the New York State Thruway.

 In a story from News 10 ABC , today through Friday, the New York State Police will be setting up patrols and keeping an eye out for speeding and aggressive motorists.
