Million Dollar Powerball Winner In Queensbury

Although the $590 Million Dollar Powerball winner was announced in Florida, we had a big local winner in upstate New York.

According to the Post Star, "State Lottery officials said Monday morning that the Hess Express gas station at 527 Aviation Road sold a ticket that was one number off the grand prize and will pay $1 million." The winning ticket was bought by a group of employees from the 99 Restaurant at Aviation Mall.
