An investigation that was conducted by Immigration And Customs Enforcement and Department Of Homeland Security, lead to a 28-year-old man that was in Valatie, to be sent to jail for a little more than a year, after he allegedly re-entered the United States five times. The man, Jesus Vasquez-Loyola, is originally from Mexico.

The most recent time of his removal from our country and sent back to Mexico, was in July, 2012. Vasquez-Loyola was also arrested for allegedly driving drunk in Kinderhook. New York State Police made that arrest back in April.

In the article from the Times Union, Vasquez-Loyola will be sent back to Mexico after his prison term. That will be processed by the Department Of Homeland Security.
