Just the other day I was complaining about not being able to get to the gym and not even knowing where to start with balancing my diet. The thing I really like about Lose it is it takes things like yard work and even "bedroom activities" into account for your calorie burn.

I also love that you set your weight lose goal it gives you a realistic pace and date to complete your goal and adjust that date based on your progress. I can't say for sure it'll work for you but so far I love it and think you should look it up either in your App Store or at Loseit.com. The site says they've already helped people lose more then 23,000,000 pounds(4 of those are mine).
