Motor Oil Coffee Company is expanding. The new coffee company in the Capital Region is revving to open another location. This time a second coffee shop in Albany.

On April Fools Day 2021, Joe Bonilla announced that he was starting a coffee company. It was thought to be a joke because he is in the PR business. But it wasn't. He and his business partner, Rich Fazio decided to bring their new coffee to the forefront.
Where Are The Capital Region Motor Oil Coffee Shops?
This first one opened on Union Street in Schenectady in November of 2022.
Motor Oil Coffee Company's second location opened at 136 State Street in Albany on April 5th. This location was once home to the Capital Melts sandwich shop.
The Next Motor Oil Coffee Company Will Be The 2nd in Albany
Motor Oil Coffee Company's next location will be the second shop in Albany. This one is in the Pine Hills Neighborhood at 1034 Madison Avenue which is right next to the Madison Theatre. Bard & Baker Board Game Cafe used to occupy the space but closed in May. The hope is to open this month.
Another Motor Oil Coffee Co. is Coming Soon to Albany
There will be an update soon of another Motor Oil Coffee Co coming to the warehouse district in Albany. It will be inside Slip 12 which is the former Huck Finn warehouse property. It should open up this year.
Motor Oil Coffee shops offer coffee, tea, baked goods, and sandwiches, and the new Madison Avenue location will offer beer and wine later this year.
