Dierks has proven that he is a versatile artist who makes more than just great country songs.

Since his first successful album in 2003, which happened to be his self-titled album, he has been involved with plenty of projects. One of those other projects was singing the theme song for an episode of the Showtime tv show "Weeds." Another project was being part of a movie called "The Rise And Fall Of Kahne." It was a biographical profile about NASCAR’s Kasey Kahne. Besides narrating it, Dierks also starred in it. "Up On The Ridge" is a Bluegrass album that he made.

His most recent album, called "Riser" was completed and released last February. According to the biography on his website, he claims that it is his most personal album. He wrote and recorded it in 2013, the year after his dad passed away.

His recent hit single is from the "Riser" album. It’s called "Say You Do."
