Keith Urban Goes ‘Undercover’ to Busk on Nashville Street Corner [Watch]
Keith Urban surprised some unsuspecting Nashvillians on Wednesday morning (Feb. 1) when he donned a long blond wig and a baseball cap and played "Wasted Time" on a street corner.
Three months since he performed a sold-out show at Bridgestone Arena, Urban decided to take his guitar across the street for an undercover set. Standing on the sidewalk across the street from the arena, he put out his guitar case and strapped on his instrument in front of Legends Corner.
“We’re doing a little craziness for CRS,” Urban tells the Tennessean newspaper, explaining that he was filming a video for Country Radio Seminar.

Country Radio Seminar runs from Feb. 22-24 in Nashville. The video is reportedly for the seminar’s New Faces Showcase.
“We’re just doing something a little crazy on the streets today in Nashville, doing a little busking,” he said. “We made eight dollars. It’s pretty good.”
The Tennessean reports that Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton are also participating in similar CRS “craziness.” So country fans should be more aware while walking around Nashville, as they never know who they'll find busking on a street corner.
Urban's 2017 kicked off to many accolades. He recently received his 22nd No. 1 single with "Blue Ain't Your Color." The song also topped all four of Billboard's country songs charts at once, making it the third time in chart history a single has done so. “Blue Ain’t Your Color” reached No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay, Country Digital Song Sales and Country Streaming Songs charts dated Jan. 21.
