He has founded the very first fake quote generator website!

Why, you ask?  Would John Oliver want to start a website such as this?  Well, recently Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson misquoted Thomas Jefferson — and John Oliver was not very happy about it.  So he decided to take matters into his own hands.

He developed this site so that no great historical figure would ever be misquoted again.
