Jim Carrey Spotted Enjoying A Soundbath In Upstate New York
What would bring one of the biggest names in Hollywood to Upstate New York? Well, that's a silly question. There are many celebrities that live and work in New York State and could be here filming a movie, attending a sporting event or just spending time at home.
With all of the celebrities that surround us in New York it is still somewhat surprising when one of the World's most popular actors and comedians for the last 40 years is spotted in the Adirondacks.
Jim Carrey has been seen in movies since 1983's 'All In Good Taste' and over the years has starred in such blockbusters as 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas', 'Ace Ventura: Pet Detective' and 'Dumb and Dumber'. So what brings Carrey to the Adirondacks?
Sound Healing Adirondacks in Old Forge, NY reports that Jim Carrey experienced a soundbath. The Sound Healing website describes a soundbath as a space for self-healing and transformation. Like getting massaged by sound.
Recently Jim Carrey was cast in the Simpsons Live Action Art as Krusty the Clown. Also taking part in this ensemble are Bruce Willis as Homer Simpson and Helena Bonham Carter as Marge Simpson.
When asked, on social media, if Jim Carrey enjoyed his soundbath, Sound Healing Adirondacks replied "Yes, very much".
