You never know where and when you might run into a celebrity in New York State. Within the last year Alice Cooper was spotted at a restaurant in Albany, Jimmy Fallon could be heard singing with a band at an Upstate bar and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was recently seen in Saugerties.

On Saturday July 8th a Hollywood celebrity, seen in movies such as Dead Poets Society and Training Day, was spotted taking in a movie in the Hudson Valley. This is like Derek Jeter taking in a baseball game, or seeing Steven Tyler at a concert. A movie star at a movie? Why not?

Four Brothers Pizza in Dutchess County is a very cool place where you can grab a bite to eat, enjoy an ice cream, play mini-golf, watch a movie at their drive-in theatre and apparently encounter celebrities.

Actor Ethan Hawke's more recent work includes the film "The Purge" and the "Batwheels" tv series. Over the weekend Hawke made his way to Amenia, NY to Four Brothers Drive-In to see someone else's movie, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

There is no guarantee that you will see a celebrity if you should visit Four Brothers in Amenia but the destination is well worth the ride. I've been going there for pizza since the 1980's and they have created an oasis of quaint fun for the whole family. Millerton, NY, with it's small town charm, is just down the road as well.
