Yesterday was my big day to be in an NFL commercial that will be seen by millions of people. I know! So crazy. I still can't believe they picked me. I found out that I was one of only seven people selected to have a speaking role. The commercial I was cast for was as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan on a boat with another guy watching Tom Brady throw a winning touchdown. We were to cheer loudly and say, "stat that".

As you may know, I tried out for this opportunity by sending in a Bills Mafia video and then doing a zoom call as a crazy Bills fan. So it was only fitting that they cast me as a Bucs fan. Anyway, I was all in and going to give it my best shot.

We filmed in Buffalo where it was 57 degrees and cloudy. They used the Niagara River as their backdrop with us on a boat. They are going to do some post-production and make it look like we are in Tampa Bay watching the game. (The magic of movies!)

We did about 40 takes and it was a blast. I found out that this NFL Amazon commercial will be airing by Thanksgiving if the production goes as planned. But definitely by Christmas and they said it will air during all of the games regardless of the network. So look for me and my friend, Simba on a boat in the middle of Tampa Bay watching Tom Brady throw another touchdown pass and cheering our faces off screaming, "STAT THAT!".

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
