A few years ago, this brave dog's story turned him into a local celebrity. Thanks to your support, the dog found a home, but he needs you again.

Back in 2015, Hudson the pit bull was found left for dead on the train tracks. The dog became a local celebrity and even won The Hallmark Channel's "Hero Dog of The Year."

The Times Union reports that Hudson the dog's right leg has taken a turn for the worst and he has arthritis, along with other joint issues. Hudson will need a cart to wheel his back legs.

Hudson's owner brought him to a store that will measure and fit a cart for Hudson's back legs. However, the cost for the much needed accessories will cost over $1,000.

You can support Hudson if you'd like here. Let's continue to show Hudson our love and keep him as the Capital Region's success story.
