Let the sponsorship rumors fly once again.

WOW! I feel like this is a crazy one! Home Depot is rumored to be leaving NASCAR and ending their relationship with Joe Gibbs Racing and driver Matt Kenseth!

I have seen Home Depot at NASCAR events for years!  From the car itself to the the merchandise to the Home Depot orange signs, fans would hold up to be seen on "Raceday" before each race.  In Daytona, they would give away orange Home Depot hard hats! Wow!  This just seem crazy to me!

The reports coming in say that Home Depot will leave the sport entirely at the end of the season when its contract with Joe Gibbs Racing ends.

Currently, the Dollar General serves as the main sponsor for Kenseth, running 27 races as the lead sponsor compared to Home Depot running 21.

There are other changes rumored for Joe Gibbs Racing, like Carl Edwards joining as a fifth car. Who knows how this will play into things!

Stay tuned, I know there will be more to come on this story!
