Who is Opening the New Taproom in Halfmoon?

For thirty years Randy Lewis has brewed his own beer out of his house. It was a hobby that his neighbors also became very interested in. Brian Hutchinson, Peter LaPan, and Matt Stillitano joined in and as they say, the rest is history. They decided to bring their brews out of  Brian's garage and open a taproom where the community can come and enjoy their beers and each other.

Where Will The Other One Brewing Company Be Located?

The Other One Brewing Company is located at 1505 Route 9 in Halfmoon where Oh! Corn Arepas used to be. It is inside of a strip mall so the space is small.

The owners say it will be a small taproom that will only hold about forty-five people.  They really want to bring back the old taproom feel from long ago according to the Times Union.

What Kinds of Brews will They Have?

They are going to offer different kinds of IPAs, porters, and ales. They will be specializing in New England-style IPAs. The Other One Brewing Company has a flagship beer that has two types of years with orange, melon, and stone fruit flavor called Sajulus. It sounds fancy but it's actually named after a word Randy's daughter had trouble saying. Every time she would try and say fabulous, it came out sajulus.
