Favorite Ice Creams of the Capital Region

I was seriously craving ice cream last week. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, it was hot in the studio and all I could think of

was how delicious a double scoop of Cookies 'n' Cream could be in that moment. Nonetheless, it didn't happen and it was just a thought (I was at work after all) but what an amazing thought it was.

I went to Facebook and asked you for your favorite ice cream flavors! Here's some of the tops with some notable runner ups:

Peanut Butter Pandemonium - Lisa nominated it first and the votes kept coming in. Stewarts is where you can get this flavor specifically, however there are other versions of it wherever you tend to ice cream (because you can ice cream, it's an action.)

Coming in as a close second are both the soft serve Orange/Vanilla Creamsicle and Maple Walnut.

People also seem to love their various versions of Chocolate, whether it's German Chocolate, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Therapy, Minted up or just plain chocolate, they all made the list and then some.

Other notable mentions: Coffee, Yellow Cake Batter, Almond Joy, Oreo, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Banana. The original trio also made the list (Vanilla/Strawberry/Chocolate) and of course plain ol' soft serve!

Okay, now I'm hungry.
