Fatal Accident Closes Northway Lanes

Northway Lanes between exits 11 and 10 southbound are closed this morning after a fatal accident.

The accident took place Sunday morning between a tractor-trailer and a minivan.  Police are confirming that one person has died and its being reported that other passengers were taken to Albany Memorial.  All lanes southbound of the Northway between exits 11-10 remain closed and traffic is being re-routed.
