Country Legend Tracy Byrd To Perform At Schoharie County Sunshine Fair

Summer will be here before you know which means great Country concerts at our local county fairs - and we've got our first big show to tell you about!

The days are getting a little bit longer and more signs that summer will be here quickly are popping up. Maybe the thought of an enormous fried dough and some tasty fair fries is just what you need to help you through these dreary January days. How 'bout we up the ante with a great show to look forward to at one of our favorite local county fairs?

Tracy Byrd To Perform At Schoharie County Sunshine Fair

Tracy Byrd is a bonafide Country legend and was an integral part of your 90's Country soundtrack. With classic songs like "Watermelon Crawl," "I'm From the Country," "Holdin' Heaven," "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo," "The Keeper of the Stars," and so many others - Tracy is the guy behind so many of the songs you have sung thousands of times over the years!

So we are super happy to announce that Tracy Byrd is coming back to the Capital Region for a concert at the Schoharie Country Sunshine Fair! The fair takes place this year from August 8t to 13th and Tracy will perform on Wednesday, August 9th. General admission fair tickets will include free access to the grandstand for this show, and reserved seats will go on sale Friday, January 20^th at the Sunshine Fair website.

But as we always do - all this week GNA has your chance to win your way in! Listen every weekday (Monday, January 9th - Friday, January 13th) at 3:25 pm for my Throwback Track. We will feature classic Tracy tunes all week and will give away 4 packs of tickets to the fair!
