Country Legend To Celebrate 30 Year Anniversary At Cohoes Music Hall

One of County music's most legendary and recognizable female voices will bring her 30 year anniversary tour to the Capital Region this spring.

It is a pretty rare feat for any music artist to have multiple legendary careers: one as part of a duo or group, and then another as a solo artist. I can think of several artists who have achieved the feat in the rock genre: all four members of the Beatles and Eric Clapton are a few who come to mind who have had BIG success in groups or as solo artists.

But in the Country genre, it is a pretty rare feat. Which makes this upcoming show at Cohoes Music Hall pretty special. An artist who has had legendary careers as part of a legendary COuntry duo, and on her won, is coming to the Capital Region.

Which Country Legend Is Coming To Cohoes Music Hall?

Wynonna Judd, one half of the legendary duo the Judds and legendary solo artist will be coming to Cohoes Music Hall on Wednesday, April 13th at 8 pm. This is Wynonna's "herstory and Hits" Tour which is a celebration of her 30-year career as a solo artist. It's hard to imagine Wynnon's run as a solo artist has lasted so much longer than her tenure with her mom Naomi in the Judds! Like I wrote above, Wynonna is in rare company with 2 successful runs as a Country artist.
