I'll fess up: There have been times in my life where I just showed up for a workout, did the bare minimum and went home.

That's not the attitude I bring to Best Fitness since I started working with a trainer there. I definitely bring my A game and put in my best effort, partially because I know the trainers, instructors and staff are invested in making sure I get the most out of the time I have to work out.

I recently checked out a Bf.i.t.t:60 class, which pushes you to complete three rounds of exercises in 60 minutes:

It was intense, but as you saw in the video, I felt great the next day. I also appreciated that they tracked stats so I can work on improving every time I do it. It was nice to be in a group atmosphere and still get that personal attention and feedback.
