Rachael Mattice who went missing two weeks ago on June 22 from her family's campground has been found alive. According to a family member who contacted me overnight the family got the call at about 1 a.m., she has been evaluated at a local hospital and is now with her family.

A family member also wrote on their Facebook wall last night at about 2 a.m., "Rachael has been found and is alive! Normally I dread a call at 1 in the morning, but this is the best news I could have ever imagined! I don't have any other details other than that she was taken to the hospital and I am told will be OK. I huge thank you to everyone who has helped the past 2 weeks. Rachael is back with her family!"

According to other reports there is an ongoing investigation and the Hamilton County Sheriff's office has asked that any inquiries go through them and that the family be showed respect and allowed time to be with Rachael.

I will keep you updated as much as I can but for now I think we can all breathe a sigh of relief and feel nothing but joy for a family who has been through so much over the last couple of weeks.
