Another Look at “Have a Merry Little Christmas”

Fresh Air with Terry Gross recently ran an 1989 interview with songwriters Hugh Martin and Ralph Blaine who wrote the classic song "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" for the 1944 movie, Meet Me in St. Louis.

In 2007, ASCAP ranked "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" the third most performed Christmas song written by ASCAP members of the past five years.
