And right now we are certainly amidst the "Spring of Deception" and "Third Winter" stages in April. But in all honesty, how likely is snow in April?
The good news: not very likely. The National Weather Service says we have averaged about 1.6 inches of snow in April since the Early 1990s. The bad news? We know better than to say winter is done and to always expect the unexpected when it comes to weather in Upstate New York.
