Say goodbye to old, decrepit buildings and hello to well, where they once stood because there is a plan in Troy and things are about to get crazy.

Okay, not really "crazy" but like awesome I think would be the better way to describe it.

The city of Troy is preparing to knock down 10-buildings overall. The list includes the burnt out building at 3 Craigan Avenue which will be going down today.

So why now? What's sparked the fire to start the demolition process? Troy has teamed up with Troy Community Land Bank to level buildings as an effort to combat blight.

The progress will take place over the last, bye bye old, yucky buildings and hello to a more beautiful Troy!
