A suspect was arrested for allegedly making some disturbing and terrifying threats to a state office in Saratoga Springs.

The threats were made to the New York State Office For People With Developmental Disabilities. Authorities were called to the office at 3 Cary Lane.

The man that was suspected and accused of making the terroristic threats was 51-year-old Michael Ormsby from Plattsburgh. According to the story from CBS 6 Albany, Ormsby, who has worked for the office in the past, allegedly said to the employees that he talked to that that office would be “splayed down in a rain of gunfire."

Ormsby was charged with Making A Terroristic Threat (a felony) and Second Degree Aggravated Harassment (a misdemeanor), and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail.
