Once again the connection between country music and auto racing have come together. This time at Daytona International Speedway which is featuring American sports car racing's biggest event this weekend - the Roxlex 24 At Daytona.

With the 2013 NASCAR season coming to an end last weekend in Florida, it doesn't take long for race fans to direct their attention to the new year ahead.

Even though the Daytona 500 is still just about a month away, some of NASCAR's top stars will be racing at Daytona International Speedway this weekend.  It's the start of the Grand-Am sports car racing season and the opening race is the Rolex 24.
